1 Definitions

jl199 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds deposited since the breach date may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

4.2 One Account Policy

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at jl199 is ₱100 per transaction. jl199 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider (GCash, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl199 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Deposit Processing

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Bonus credits that have not been wagered to the required multiple cannot be included in withdrawal requests. jl199 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or ongoing investigation of potential policy breaches.

12 Limitation of Liability

The platform may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions. jl199 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

jl199's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

jl199 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the period stipulated by jl199;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct;
• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate deposits;
• Reasonable belief that continued account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jl199;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jl199 will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate the outcome to the account holder within 30 business days. Where an account is permanently closed for cause, jl199's determination of any balance forfeiture shall be communicated in writing to the player's registered contact details.

You may request the voluntary closure of your jl199 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method within jl199's standard withdrawal timeframes.

14 Privacy

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl199, you are encouraged to first attempt resolution informally by contacting jl199 customer support via live chat. jl199 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints in good faith within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief from any competent court.
